Does world news get you down? Does thinking about national and world problems make you lose sleep? Do you watch reruns to avoid hearing bad news on television or radio?
I was discussing these very questions with some friends, and it does seem that many people are dealing with these issues. Friends say that the news is just too depressing to watch. I can't disagree, so I am suggesting some balance. Although it is important to know what is happening in the world, I suggest reading some GOOD NEWS as well! I looked online, and found that many positive news websites are avaialble. I encourage my readers to "look for the good" to keep up their spirits. In the bleak months of winter, sometimes staying positive becomes a little more difficult, so we must look for that ehich inspires us.

I LOVE writing. And I love writing children's books- my newest passion. Although it will be a ton of work, I am looking forward to selling my books.
